Remember the question from Introduction, Who did it? Here comes the answer. These are some notable hacking organizations. Isn’t that strange? Actually Not!!. This doesn’t mean that they are only involved in hazardous activities. Some are with us and some for us, mean the same, but the perspective do not!! Some work as government agencies,corporations to aid attacked and few are the attackers. So, let’s swoop into some of the organizations.
Anonymous

Anonymous originated in 2003 on the image board 4chan representing the concept of many online and offline community users simultaneously existing as an anarchic, digitized global brain.Anonymous is a decentralized international hacktivist group that is widely known for its various cyber attacks against several governments, government institutions and government agencies, corporations, and the Church of Scientology. Federal Bureau of Investigation

The FBI was established in 1908 as the Bureau of Investigation, the BOI or BI for short. Its name was changed to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1935. Chaos Computer Club

The CCC was founded in Berlin on 12 September 1981 at a table which had previously belonged to the Kommune 1 in the rooms of the newspaper Die Tageszeitung by Wau Holland and others in anticipation of the prominent role that information technology would play in the way people live and communicate.

Fancy Bear

FANCY BEAR is a Russian-based threat actor whose attacks have ranged far beyond the United States and Western Europe.The name “Fancy Bear” comes from a coding system security researcher Dmitri Alperovitch uses to identify hackers.The group promotes the political interests of the Russian government, and is known for hacking Democratic National Committee emails to attempt to influence the outcome of the United States 2016 presidential elections. The origins of the National Security Agency can be traced back to April 28, 1917, three weeks after the U.S. Congress declared war on Germany in World War I.
