Off with February, onto March. 2020 was just getting started cause March was the month when the Coronavirus took its all on the world.

With the first known case being reported in New York, the virus made it to the western world on 1^st March. Italy became the worst hit country with death toll surpassing China, i.e 3,405. With coronavirus spreading quickly all over the Europe, all the sporting events were suspended by 20^th March. India joined other countries by imposing the first lockdown of 21 days. WHO declared COVID-19, a pandemic on 11^th March which put whole world on notice.

With the virus spreading quickly, the blame game started with Iran refusing the help of United States and accusing them of starting the virus in the process.

The Long-standing, Nirbhaya case was closed after 8 years with Supreme Court ordering the hanging of four men on 20^th March.

This Pandemic also lead to an Economic War between Russia and Saudi Arabia. On March 6^th, Russia refused to reduce oil production over coronavirus COVID-19 fears, breaking with Saudi Arabia and OPEC and prompting a price war. The price of oil actually became negative in April.
